SECURITY & PAYMENT

We accept Visa and MasterCard – Our shopping cart is secure and protected. When entering payment details, you will be redirected to the ANZ eGate™ secure hosted payment page to submit your credit card details. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via PCI certified payment service that is facilitated by ANZ eGate, and only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Brew Academy reserves the right to review and/or cancel bookings containing information that cannot be verified.

PRICING

All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 15% but exclusive of delivery charges (if applicable)

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING

Please contact us on 0223 10 20 30 as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your booking. Please note: cancellations make less than 48hrs before your booking date may incur you loosing 50% of your session cost. Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to grant a refund.

ChinChiller Brew Co trading as Brew Academy, shall not incur liability in respect of anything which might otherwise constitute a breach of its obligations under these terms and conditions arising by reason of “force majeure” (which shall include prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of any government or government agency, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of Products or raw materials, delay in transit, electricity or communications failures, or other causes whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Chin Chiller Brew Co.). ChinChiller Brew Co shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.
